To join our club, one has to send a check payable to Forebay Park Horsehoe Club or payable in cash on the day you arrive at the pits.

There are two types of membership:
1)Full membership (includes NHPA* and Forebay Park Horseshoe club) and the annual dues are $27.00. ($22.00 for NHPA & $5.00 for club)
2) Club membership only, the annual dues are $10.00.

I need your name, mailing address, telephone number. And if you are a member of NHPA for the 2004 year, I need your card number.

The benefits of joining NHPA: You may participate in sanctioned tournaments throughout the USA. Our club is a sanctioned LEAGUE. With Full membership in our club, each member may receive (from NHPA) a Certificate of Acheivement for the season, special acheivement patch's and more.
