
The corn is as high as an elephant's eye... and isn't it purty? And I grew it... ALL BY MYSELF, well, except that my neighbor and fishin' partner Bud DID start the seeds! Thanks Bud! It was good eatin' too. Farmin' lessson; stagger the plantings to spread out the harvest!

This is my new Crepe Myrtle I picked up at the nursery this summer. I have wanted one for some time but had to wait until they were in bloom so I could tell what color I was getting.

Rumi(Too) got this picture of a dragonfly sitting on the tip of a Glad bulb. Sure was nice of him to sit still so she could get this picture of him. She was right on top of him! ![]() This is a pumpkin growing up, dreaming about winning a contest in the fall. The picture below is a squash blossom. They are beautiful aren't they? No wonder the Indians used it so much in decorations. Hey, maybe Rumi should do some on a pot!
